My sister is in her first year of nursing school and in order to participate in the labs, she needed to buy some scrubs. I was in the waiting room at our local Doctors office last week and they had Direct TV and it was so nice to watch good programming while waiting. I started to think about how Direct TV for hospitals would be a really great thing as the waiting times can be really long. Plus the patients who are in the hospital can have a wide range of programming to watch! Another great thing is that international patients could watch programming from their home countries and feel a little more at home. The hospitals could also charge a premium for movies and special even programming. In the pediatrics section, the children would be smiling and laughing all the time with large range of programming. The possibilities are endless in the healthcare field.

Another great idea is Direct TV for lobby as there are so many different waiting areas out there today. Just think about watching Direct TV while waiting to get you oil changed or in the dentist office. It just make a lot of sense to have satellite television set up in waiting areas so that Customers can pass time easily and remain calm while waiting. If you know someone that has a business, let them know about the advantages and benefits of setting up quality programming in their waiting areas. I personally will not go to a business that does not have quality programming in their waiting areas and I have lots of friends that feel the same way.

I get pretty tired of celebrities that only do things for publicity, and that is why I like the guests that Bill Maher has on his show. He actually has celebrities that are activists and that know a little bit about what they are talking about for a change. This has to be my all time favorite show that I ever get to watch on my satilite tv, for the past few years straight. I like Bills' satirical comedy style, which is perfect for late night on HBO. I saw one where he interviewed Jason Staton of the Krabwalk Killaz. Who would have known that he was a fan and would have ever put them on his show via satellite?

I also really identify with the fact that Bill Maher loves hip hop culture, just as I always have. You might be able to tell it by looking at him, but I guess you should never judge a book by its cover. Every Friday night, I look forward to unwinding with the lady and taking in a good episode of this show. He never ceases to make us laugh, mostly because of his beady facial expressions. I guess you could say that he has a charisma that makes us laugh every week. If you love political satire, you will really enjoy this show a lot.

I was so shocked when I heard from my sister in Philippines telling that one of my uncle past away last Saturday. I  was so sad knowing that I can't do anything about it even just to see him for the last time. Super bad news!! I can't explain how I feel right now for the fact that this is my first time to be far away  from my love ones and what makes it worse? I can't event just fly there and back here. So sad!! I keep asking myself why him?? He is only 57 years old.  What was the cause of his death? High blood pressure!! It was just the first attacked thats it!!

But the story was like this, He went to see the mango trees that his son in laws owned. It was a kind of far and he walked for an hour. After he reached that place, he fell on the ground and half of his body hit by the stroke. The place has a lot of woods and bushes and you can really tell how it looks like.  He was so lucky when an old woman came there to looked for a hay for her goat. Rescue people came to help and drove to the hospital for almost an hour. The city scan showed that there is one nerve on his brain get disconnected due to struggle he made alone. The doctor offer for the surgery but yet no assurance, and my family decided not to go for the surgery. The following day, he past way.

Just wanna share my mourning here. Please help me pray for the soul of my uncle '' PILO" may he rest in peace!!!

I have been on my own now for over ten years, since I moved out of my mother's house. Her boyfriend Jason came to my first apartment and showed me how to properly secure it. form then on, I knew what I had to do to each place that I lived in for it to be safe. Luckily, I was able to get my dog from my father's house. It is a pitbull. Another thing that he told me I should have security choice adt surveillance, which I have transported with me from place to place over the years.

Since I am a female, I am not really feeling secure in my house, unless these matters are taken care of. The neighborhood that I live in is not all that great, but for some reason, I have yet to be bothered by any vandals or criminals. I guess for ten years, I am extremely lucky. I have girl friends that all ways relied on their boyfriends to make them feel secure in their homes. But when they broke up, they were too scared to sleep alone. I try to tell them "Girlfriend, I have already told you what you need to do to be safe."

I feel so lazy to update this blog lately and I apologized everyone. I am just busy working at the same time doing some errands. Oh by the way I have something to tell you guys, we are preparing ourselves for our big trip to Philippines next month. I can't help but supper excited. It was really funny because my mom is counting the number of days until we get to Philippines. Being far away from my family back home is the thing I can't  imagine. I had been to Singapore but that was only 1 year. Now it is really different, I officially moved here with my new family. What a life, I cant  help but missing them everyday. Glad I will be home soon!!

Right now I have to eat my breakfast then work later. I am happy that my boss give more hours this time and it helps me a lot saving our pocket money.

Oh boy, I am so sorry for not touching this blog of mine for the past 2 months. I know it was a along time I was not able to update but i will try to catch up all the latest things that happens into my life. For the past months, I got  two jobs that occupied most of my time. I worked 55 hours per week and last week I decided to let go the other job. Although I really like it but the schedules didn't work for my other job and I hate to work at night and weekend. Now I am so happy that I could relax and spending more time with my husband specially during the weekend.

I will try to update this blog every now and then and hopefully I can earn extra mo la just for pocket money going to Philippines next year in March. I am so excited to see my family back home and taking care of my small business.
